My Duties To You As A Buyer Client:

  • promote your best interests
  • assist you with your search for properties
  • negotiate terms for your benefit
  • prepare NC Standard Form Offer for you
  • assist with the property inspection process
  • be loyal to you
  • follow your lawful instructions
  • provide you with all material facts that could influence your decisions
  • use reasonable skill, care and diligence,
  • account for all monies my firm handles for you, and
  • attend your closing, if you like.

Once you have agreed (either orally or in writing) for my firm and its agents to be your Buyer's Agent, we may not give any confidential information about you to Sellers or their agents without your permission so long as we represent you.

Until you make this agreement with me or one of my agents, you should avoid telling us anything you would not want a Seller to know. Absent a Buyer Agency agreement NC Real Estate Law mandates that the agent is working for the Seller.
