Alan has had his North Carolina real estate license #153226 since 1995 when he and his Family returned to Hickory to settle down.   He later obtained a North Carolina General Contractors license #46344 in 1999.

Buying or selling a home?  Alan & his family have personally relocated 6 times and purchased 7 family homes in 5 states.  For buyers, he understands what it is like to come into a new community and find the home best suited to your needs.  For sellers, he understands the buyer’s needs and can translate your home’s features or unique benefits of this community to a newcomer.  Equally important, he still remembers what it is like to be a seller.  He will treat you as an individual with your own family needs and obligations and not simply as a required part of the property sale.

Interested in investment property or have commercial or industrial requirements?  Alan’s business experience makes him a knowledgeable partner in your search for the right property.  He has an MBA from MIT and technical degrees from MIT and Johns Hopkins.  His experience includes Management Consulting in business development and acquisitions, he was a V.P. of Marketing for a mini-conglomerate and a Director of Business Development for a major multinational corporation.
